Jack’s wisdom and guidance helps to drive the success in completing complex projects, by leveraging the best and brightest workforce coupled with state-of-the-art systems, processes and tools.  Jack’s super-power is fostering long-term relationships with employees and customers by understanding their unique needs and delivering customized solutions that drive business growth and overall success. 

In his spare time, Jack enjoys spending time traveling the globe with his beautiful wife and preparing home cooked meals for his 3 incredible German shepherds.

EVP & Chief Customer Experience Officer

Boston is an accomplished senior leader with distinct experience leading large teams in the sales, marketing, service, network, collections, and construction functions at Fortune 50 organizations. She’s been recognized for consistently pioneering organizational transformation while delivering promoter-creating employee and customer experiences, double-digit revenue growth, and savings.

Boston currently serves as EVP & Chief Customer Experience Officer at TNI. Prior to this role, she served as the head of engineering, network maintenance, and construction for the Freedom Region at Comcast NBC Universal.

Previously, she led Comcast’s west division loyalty centers of excellence as division vice president and chair of the DEI Council. She also served as group vice president of sales, retention, and collections at Frontier Communications. Boston began her illustrious career with Verizon Communications in numerous roles and functions with increasing responsibility, ultimately landing as area vice president of customer service and global tech support.

Often sought after for her ability to energize and influence, Boston leads with integrity and trust while remaining authentic and relatable to diverse audiences.

She’s a third- generation writer and internationally bestselling author of, 3 Slow Nickels, a chronicle of her journey from humble beginnings to renowned executive and public figure.

Originally from Washington D.C., she now spends time on both the East & West coasts. Boston is actively engaged in her community and contributions have been publicly recognized and is the recipient of numerous esteemed awards and honors.

Fortunate to be married to her best friend Troy, she’s also the proud mom of writer, producer, graphic designer, professional dancer/choreographer, philanthropist, and homeschool teacher – Danielle Watson.

She’s a hot yoga enthusiast, enjoys boxing, hiking, actively participating in the community, and totally in love with her grand babies, King and Zenzile.

Chief Financial Officer

Experienced Telecom Executive with over 20 years in the telecom industry. Proven results in business development, resource management, and operations to drive exceptional business outcomes. 

Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Tech Network Inc, a leading turnkey solutions company.  Aaron provides unparalleled support to the executive branch to help streamline complex operations. 

With a strategic mindset and a wealth of operational experience, Aaron plays a pivotal role in helping TNI deliver comprehensive end to end solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce costs and accelerate growth for our customer base. 

Prior to joining TNI, Aaron held several key leadership positions within the tech industry, where he demonstrated a strong track record of success in leading large-scale projects, optimizing operational processes, and driving transformational change. 

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) focused in Business Administration and Management, from Central Penn College.

Head of Business Development, Fulfillment & Chief of Staff

Currently serving as the Head of Business Development, Fulfillment & Chief of Staff, Juan is responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives, identifying new market opportunities, and cultivating partnerships that enhance the company’s market presence and overall value proposition.

In addition, Juan oversees fulfillment operations and provides leadership to thousands of frontline technicians and leadership across multiple markets. Under his guidance, Tech Network Inc. is committed to delivering world-class customer experiences through operational excellence, innovation, and a customer-first mindset.

With over 20 years of executive-level experience in technical operations, customer satisfaction, retention, team building, and technical leadership, Juan previously held key leadership positions at Altice USA and Comcast Cable. His extensive background has equipped him with deep industry insight and a proven track record of success.

Juan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management and Supervision from Berkeley College and a certificate from the SCTE-Tuck Executive Leadership Program at Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth. His academic and professional credentials enable him to optimize the quality and efficiency of services while delivering value to both customers and stakeholders.

Chief Technology Officer and National VP of Construction

Leron Lee is a seasoned innovative operations executive with over 25 years of experience leading high-impact teams across telecom, technology, and construction. As CTO and National VP of Construction, he drives engineering and construction growth, building residential and commercial plant, scaling internal teams, and collaborating with strategic partners to deliver best in class results in alignment with our business imperatives and initiatives. 

Leron recently joined, from Comcast, where he successfully held senior leadership roles in construction and advanced services. His career also includes leadership positions at Clearwire and Ricoh USA, and nine years of active duty in the U.S. Army, where he rose to Staff Sergeant (E-6).  Leron is an alumnus of Morris Brown College, holds a Project Management Certificate from the University of Washington, and is currently pursuing his MBA. Outside of work, he enjoys art, boxing, and staying active.
